Refund & Cancellation Policy

Vidyam Tutorials sells digital products (PDF notes) that are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because of the instant, digital nature of these products, the following policy applies.

No refunds after download

Once a note has been successfully downloaded, we cannot offer a refund, as the digital product has already been delivered and cannot be "returned."

When we will issue a refund

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

• You were charged but did not receive a working download link due to a technical error on our end.
• The PDF file delivered was corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from what was advertised on the note's page.
• You were charged more than once for the same note due to a payment gateway error.

How to request a refund

Email us at vidyamtutes@gmail.com within 48 hours of your purchase, including your payment ID (visible in your payment confirmation) and a description of the issue. We will review and respond within 3-5 business days.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
